FAQ
A: ABSOLUTELY!! Hats, sunglasses, and similar items can add pizazz to children's portraits. Specifically, clothing that encourages role playing -- a chef's hat, firefighter's jacket, a tutu or any other such gear -- can inspire a great image. With babies and toddlers, feel free to bring a special toy, blanket, favorite book or stuffed animal. Props aren't just for kids; a picnic basket, a musical instrument, pets, boats, sports cars, planes or motorcycles can make your photograph unique as well.

A: First, decide if you want a casual or formal look. I love casual photos but if that's not you, don't wear it. If casual, then denim or casual slacks are appropriate. All white shirts make your faces stand out. Warmer colors also photograph beautifully. Stay away from bright primary colors. Patterns are okay as long as it's only being worn by one or two family members. Any emblems on your clothing will become the focal point, so unless that's your purpose (i.e., Packer apparel, etc.), then eliminate emblems.
A: Yes, we are able and excited to set up our mobile studio in your home or at your child's school, church, sporting events, dance recitals, meets, matches or games. |
